Select one of the participation options below. FINAT members get a discount on their tickets (see main prices mentioned below). All other companies pay the regular fee, depending on being either a converter or an (in)direct supplier to label printers. See below also more details and conditions of participation.

Conditions of participation

The language at the FINAT event is English only.

Your ELF ticket includes: 

  • Full participation in the working programme (for delegates) 
  • Meals (lunches & dinners) 
  • Conference proceedings 

Partner tickets include full participation in the excursions (including lunch) on Thursday and Friday, as well as the two conference dinners.

Your ELF ticket excludes: 

  • Travel and lodging expenses 
  • Hotel room expenses 

Payment 

Please pay your forum participation invoice within 30 days of receipt but no later than 9 May 2025. In case your participation fee has not been received in the FINAT bank account before 9 May 2025, we will ask you to settle the amount by credit card at the FINAT Registration Desk. 

Cancellation Policy ELF participation

  • Full refund of the participation fee will be permitted if the cancellation is received in writing before 2 May 2025.
  • A full refund minus a handling fee of €150 per registration will be given for cancellation requests received in writing before 9 May 2025.  
  • No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after 9 May 2025.  
  • Cancellations by telephone cannot be accepted. 

Cancellation Policy hotel rooms

It is no longer possible to cancel the reservation free of charge after the 1st of May. As this is a group booking, cancellation will be charged to the guest for the whole stay. Any no show, late cancellation (after the 1st of May) or early departure will be charged full room rate amount excluding city tax
